1. The heat exchange element materials of the water-to-water plate heat exchanger are mainly titanium and stainless steel, metal sheets with a thickness of 0.5-8mm.
2. In order to have better resistance to deformation, heat exchange area, fluid turbulence and stiffness when the plate is pressed, corrugated and grooved dies are generally used for processing.
3. In order to achieve the corresponding heat exchange purpose, the bolts will also be pressed and fixed, so that the fluid channel formed by the hole is used to transport the fluid.
4. Adjust the combination between the plates so that a uniform net flow can be formed inside the plates, thereby improving the efficiency of heat transfer.
5. From the function of the components, the plates are mainly divided into fixed components, support components, heat exchange components, support components, guide components and heat exchange components. The most important of these five parts are heat exchange components, and the design and selection of heat exchange components need to be studied from the perspective of fluid mechanics and heat transfer.
6. There are many kinds of design structures of the plates, and the domestic ones mainly use herringbone corrugations. Mainly classified as horizontal and vertical chevron ripples. This structure is a reticulated flow plate structure. When the fluid medium flows through the channels between the plates, a spiral flow is generated due to the covered contact points, so that the flow speed of the medium can be accelerated, and the low-layer flow layer can be reduced at the same time. The thickness of convective heat transfer is greatly improved.
