Plate heat exchanger is a kind of efficient and compact heat exchange equipment. Due to its high heat transfer coefficient, small pressure loss, compact structure, convenient maintenance and many other advantages, the application of plate heat exchanger has been paid more and more attention by people. However, due to the limitations of its own structure, the traditional detachable plate heat exchanger has a working pressure of no more than 2.5MPa and a working temperature of no more than 150°C. In addition, there are defects that the rubber gasket is easy to fail under high temperature, and in some cases Application issues in specific media have not been resolved.
All-welded plate heat exchangers expand the application range of gasketed heat exchangers, and have the advantages of high temperature resistance (maximum temperature 300 degrees), high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and high heat transfer efficiency.
It belongs to a partition heat exchanger. The structure of the heat exchanger is that between the plates of two adjacent stations, two kinds of circulation channels are formed by welding, and two kinds of media with different temperatures flow through the channels on both sides of the same plate respectively. Each medium channel controls the flow area, that is, the flow length, through the split-range partition, so that the high-temperature fluid transfers heat to the low-temperature fluid through the plates, so as to achieve the purpose of heat exchange.
