The inter-plate passages welded together take the fluid with higher pressure, and the inter-plate passages sealed with gaskets take the fluid with lower pressure, so this kind of plate heat exchanger increases the working pressure of one side.

During the disassembly and assembly process of the semi-welded plate heat exchanger, pay attention to keep the plates properly and do not place them at will. Since the plate thickness of the plate heat exchanger is only 0.5mm, if you step on it accidentally, it will easily cause deformation, thereby affecting the sealing performance. Also take care to clean the gasket grooves. If there is foreign matter in the gasket groove, the gasket will not fit and cause leakage. At the same time, check whether the gasket is damaged or aged, and repair and replace it in time.
