1. System configuration reasons. The plate heat exchanger only plays the role of heat conversion and follows the law of energy conduction, that is, the heat released by the hot side is equal to the heat absorbed by the cold side. In many cases, the heat from the heating system on the hot side does not have enough cooling water on the cold side. Take it away, such as insufficient water volume and insufficient water temperature, resulting in the temperature of the hot side not being able to come down. If this is the reason, no matter how large the heat exchanger is, it is useless.
2. The reason for the plate heat exchanger itself. Many users only provide heat exchange area when purchasing heat exchangers, without specific data such as heat exchange, medium flow, inlet and outlet temperatures, etc. As a result, the purchased plate heat exchangers have the correct model and area, but the process combination is unreasonable. It does not achieve the expected effect, and it is useless to increase the area on this basis.
