As a result, the heat exchange area must be additionally enhanced when the plate heat exchange unit is manufactured, so as to compensate for the influence of the thermal resistance of impurities.
3. The deposition of dirt in the heat exchange tube leads to the reduction of the flow cross-sectional area of the medium in the tube, which increases the flow resistance, which increases the power consumption of the pump or fan, and also increases the power consumption of the automatic cleaning machine, resulting in the total energy consumption of the machine.
